About me

My Story

As a Vietnamese American, my childhood was filled with French influenced dishes. I'm also Hospitality professional and Certifed KonMari consultant, www.sparkjoyhabits.com, with a passion for presentation and serving others.

As a result of the pandemic, I started this baking journey to transport myself and my family to another place through cooking. Along the way I found immeasurable joy in making delicious and beautiful baked goods. I started baking my way through breads, bagels, and moving towards more challenging things like French tarts, tartins, and macarons. I am looking forward to sharing this joy with you!
